Ohio has adopted standard Probate forms that are used by probate courts in all 88 of Ohio's counties.
You can obtain the forms from the court. Most of the Probate Courts allow you to download the forms from their website.
The Court staff can answer some questions and may even be able to tell you what form you need. They will not be able to provide advice.
You may be able to "go it alone" rather than hire an attorney but if you are not sure what you need, an attorney can save you a lot of time. If you have to hire an attorney to fix something that you did wrong, it could cost you a lot more than retaining an attorney in the first place.
